During autumn 2025, Ayurvedabutiken was in a structural decline, with multiple consecutive months decreasing year-over-year, ranging from −15% to −25% YoY. Ananda took over the account. Based on the client’s budget, goals and our strategic assessment, we made a decisive shift — not to optimize incrementally, but to rebuild the full performance marketing setup, including new tracking, a restructured Google Ads setup, a new Meta Ads account and updated creatives. The new structure was launched and, through continuous day-to-day optimization, the impact was immediate — with a clear surge in sales already in the first month following launch, marking a sharp transition from decline to YoY growth. Over a short period, the business was effectively transformed into a scalable and demand-driven growth engine.
